Sheet Metal Fabricator / TIG Welder required in Runcorn- £17.56 per hour Our client is looking for a Fabricator to join their engineering team at their site in R uncorn. Your role will primarily be workshop based with some site work. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble sheet metal and mechanical components utilising a variety of hand and power tools. Experience in mechanical and pneumatic systems is advantageous but not required. Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, Duplex and other metals as required with a proven experience in sheet metal fabrication and TIG Welding The role requires manual handling, standing for long periods, lifting and working with heavy materials, so candidates should be comfortable with physical tasks. Experience and qualifications/knowledge/skills Apprentice trained to a minimum of Level 3 in Sheet metal/welding Previous experience within a Manufacturing environment would be advantageous Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
