RESEARCH MANAGER UP TO £50,000 BASE GREAT BENEFITS MARKET RESEARCH CONSULTANCY LONDON BRIDGE, HYBRID Harnham have partnered with a market research and insights consultancy specializing in projects that manage syndicated and ad hoc studies within the commercial insurance industry. Thye are looking for a Research Manager who will be working across a range of projects and throughout the project life-cycle including design, quant and qual analysis, exploring findings, report writing and working directly with thier clients to help provide real additional value. THE ROLE: Working with the research team and to help coordinate the research process from start to finish, ensuring all tasks are allocated appropriately and are progressing according to project timelines. Managing both data collection and data analysis processes as well as the building of indepth reports and engaging presentations to be made to stakeholders. Exploring data to unlock meaningful insight, conducting ad hoc research and analysis where necessary. Supporting senior management in training and management of junior staff. Helping develop and manage client relationships. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: As a Research Manager, you will have the following; Excellent numerical and analytical skills, comfortable working with a variety of data and formats (especially survey-based datasets). Brilliant Excel and PowerPoint skills (or equivalent). Skilled in qualtrics would be advantageous Strong proven quantitative and qualitative research experience within a research agency setting At least 3 years experience within a market research agency/capacity BENEFITS: As a Research Manager, you can earn up to £50,000 base and generous benefits.
