We are seeking a construction solicitor to join our client and their accomplished legal team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal counsel to clients in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on all legal aspects of construction projects, including contracts, disputes, and regulatory compliance. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, subcontracts, and related legal documents. Conducting due diligence and risk assessments. Resolving construction-related disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation when necessary. Providing legal support and guidance to clients. Collaborating with other departments within the company. Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with experience in construction law or dispute resolution. Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and regulations. Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
