Role Responsibilities
Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
Leading the preparation and review of accounts, tax computations, and personal/partnership tax returns
Supervising and mentoring trainees, supporting their development
Building strong client relationships and identifying tax-saving opportunities
Contributing to the smooth running of the department, including workflow, billing, and project delivery
Attending client meetings and working closely with partners on strategic client needs
