Overview
We have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join the Wakefield Museums & Castles team. As Visitor Experience Assistant you will provide a high quality and engaging visitor experience working creatively to tell our stories, encouraging visitors to return again.
Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and answer queries.
* Contribute to the creation of self-led activities.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Role Details
This is a permanent contract working at Wakefield Museum and Pontefract Museum. Contract hours across the two sites are 25.75 hours per week. It is a set rota which will include weekend working.
