We are looking for a weekend-only HMCTS Agent to support our contact centre operation. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, providing professional guidance to customers regarding unpaid court fines. This includes helping customers understand their options, setting up payment arrangements, and resolving queries in a fair and supportive way. Full induction training and ongoing coaching will be provided.
Shift Pattern
* Saturday: 8:00am - 7:00pm (10 hours, with 1 hour unpaid break)
* Sunday: 10:00am - 1:00pm (3 hours)
Applicants must be able to commit to both days.
You’ll be a confident communicator with a calm, resilient approach and a genuine desire to help others. Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
