About the Role
We are looking for Complex Care Support Workers to provide high-quality, 1:1 support for three individuals with complex care needs. Each person receives 100% support in all aspects of daily life, making this a rewarding role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
*
Provide personal care: washing, dressing, toileting, and continence support
*
Prepare meals and support nutritional needs
*
Monitor, record, and administer medication safely
*
Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment
*
Support and accompany individuals to a wide range of activities, including cinema trips, shopping, eating out, arts and crafts, and swimming
*
Follow and adapt communication methods to suit each individual’s unique style
About You
*
Kind, compassionate, and empathetic, with a genuine passion for complex care
*
Flexible and adaptable, able to work varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and every other weekend
*
Effective communicator who can use a variety of communication tools and follow the individual’s lead
*
Willing to learn, develop, and grow within a specialist care environment
