About the Role
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are seeking a highly organised, detailAEUR'oriented Compliance and Process Specialist to support effective governance, process consistency, and regulatory compliance across a successful business based in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
This role sits at the centre of operations, working closely with the Operations Manager and senior leadership to enhance workflows, strengthen risk management, and improve operational efficiency across multiple departments including Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing.
This position is ideal for someone analytical, thorough, and confident in driving accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Process Management
* Develop, maintain, and optimise standardised processes across all departments.
* Analyse workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
* Ensure all business processes are documented, mapped, and version:controlled.
* Collaborate with department heads to review process performance and adherence.
Compliance, Auditing and Governance
* Design and implement a structured internal audit programme.
* Conduct regular departmental audits and produce detailed reports with risk ratings and recommendations.
* Track corrective actions and ensure measurable improvements.
* Maintain up:to:date policies and procedures aligned with regulatory standards.
Risk Management and Office Compliance
* Oversee risk assessments for the head office environment, including H and S, fire safety, and data protection.
* Maintain and update the risk register, ensuring appropriate mitigation measures are in place.
* Manage compliance inspections and documentation requirements.
Monitoring and Reporting
* Create and track KPIs relating to compliance and operational efficiency.
* Prepare reports for senior leaders, highlighting audit findings, risk exposure, and improvement trends.
* Use data to identify patterns, systemic issues, and opportunities for strategic enhancement.
Cross AEUR' Department Collaboration
* Act as a central point of contact between departments to improve coordination and transparency.
* Support cross:functional initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and compliance.
* Promote a culture of accountability and structured governance.
Training and Documentation
* Develop and deliver internal training on procedures, policies, and compliance standards.
* Maintain comprehensive compliance documentation including SOPs, policies, risk logs, and audit records.
Continuous Improvement
* Stay informed of regulatory changes, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
* Drive initiatives to strengthen governance and operational resilience across the organisation.
