Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher with a commitment to inclusive education?
We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking specialist setting in the Kettering area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with primary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and complex learning needs.
The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets
* Create a structured, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
* Lead a team of Teaching Assistants to provide high-quality support
* Monitor progress using personalised assessment approaches
* Work closely with parents, carers, and external professionals
* Promote communication, independence, and life skills development
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching pupils with SEN (mainstream or specialist setting)
* Strong understanding of adaptive teaching and inclusive practice
* Confident in supporting pupils with ASC and complex needs
* Patient, resilient, and solution-focused
* Committed to raising achievement for all learners
