About the Job:
We're looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to join our team. You'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software, supporting staff with systems and applications, and managing user accounts and devices. This role offers hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies, including Microsoft, Linux, and Cisco, while giving you the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the business to resolve IT issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Hardware and Software Installation: Install, configure, and update computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
Staff Support: Provide direct support to staff, assisting with system setups and troubleshooting via phone or face-to-face interaction.
Issue Diagnosis and Resolution: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including support for Microsoft Office 365, NetSuite, Windows 10 and 11, Mac OS X, and video conferencing tools.
Hardware Maintenance: Manage hardware maintenance and replacement, including Laptops, PCs and printers.
Application Deployment: Assist with the deployment of new applications and systems.
User Account Management: Create and manage user accounts, ensuring secure and efficient access control.
Device Administration: Administer Apple devices and other onsite Handheld devices.
Issue Prioritisation: Prioritise and handle multiple issues simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Team Collaboration: Work to resolve issues together with I.T/Software team
