Club / General Manager - Multiple London Locations
Powerleague continues to grow. As we expand our football and padel offerings across London, we’re recruiting Club / General Managers to lead at several of our established clubs. These opportunities have arisen due to internal progression, offering you the chance to step into a proven, thriving venue and make your mark.
About The Role
As Club Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the performance and success of your site. You’ll lead a team, drive revenue and profitability, and create an outstanding experience for every player and visitor. From day‑to‑day operations to shaping long‑term growth, you’ll set the pace and the standard. You’ll be supported by your Regional Operations Manager, but the autonomy will be yours: to make decisions, spot opportunities, and bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate your team to deliver against KPIs for revenue, profit, utilisation, and customer satisfaction.
* Build strong local community links, partnerships, and brand awareness to maximise bookings and revenue.
* Oversee all club operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth day‑to‑day running.
* Recruit, train, and develop your team, ensuring consistent standards and career progression.
* Monitor P&L, set budgets with your ROM, and identify opportunities for growth and efficiencies.
* Champion exceptional customer service – resolving issues with empathy, professionalism, and pace.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a General Manager, Club Manager, or similar leadership role in leisure, hospitality, retail, or sport.
* Strong people leadership – with the ability to inspire, engage, and develop teams.
* Commercially minded with a track record of growing sales and managing budgets.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with customers and colleagues.
* Hands‑on, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
