Job Description The Opportunity Be the marketer who brings the brand to life where it matters most driving visitation and spend to our casinos. At Grosvenor, our casinos are the beating heart of our business, and your work will shape how they connect with customers, grow revenue, and deliver stand out experiences every day. As a Marketing Business Partner, you'll be the link between national strategy and local execution. You’ll work with General Managers, Operations, Brand, Digital, F&B and Product teams to diagnose business challenges, identify opportunities, and build 360° marketing plans that make a measurable commercial difference. This isn’t a back office role. It’s hands on. Strategic. Creative. Commercial. Every day brings something new; a different venue, a different audience, a different challenge to solve. You’ll help every venue reach its full potential: From pure gaming city casinos to entertainment led destinations, you’ll shape personalised plans for each. A role that blends strategy, creativity and consultancy: You’ll diagnose challenges, create solutions, and influence GMs across your region. Real variety, every day: No two venues, no two audiences, and no two business needs are the same. Central influence with local impact: You’ll sit at the heart of national marketing while owning execution in the North of the UK & Scotland A chance to build wide ranging activity: Campaigns, brand activation, events, digital content, customer segmentation, retail marketing. You’ll be part of it all. What You’ll Be Doing Translating the national marketing strategy into venue specific plans that drive visits, revenue & NGR Creating and delivering 360° marketing campaigns across paid, owned & earned channels Using data, segmentation and insights to shape activity at a venue level Diagnosing local business challenges and advising GMs on the right marketing response Supporting teams to execute campaigns brilliantly and consistently Ensuring national campaigns land clearly and creatively across all touchpoints Sharing best practice across the estate and championing what great looks like Guiding venues on brand consistency, customer messaging and local activation
