Head of Product - Tech Startup - Revolutionary Opportunity
Areti Group is partnering with a cutting-edge tech startup that just secured Series A funding We're urgently seeking 2 Head Of Product to join an elite team, with opportunities to work remotely and visit there offices in Bristol, Dorset, Southampton, and Somerset (travel expenses covered for travel and hotel ).
About The Role: As a Product Lead, you'll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to drive innovative products that meet customer needs and business goals. You'll shape product vision, develop strategies, and lead the creation of Power BI dashboards and user interactions, all while keeping customer experience at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Design and Engineering to ensure seamless product development and alignment with goals.
Shape Product Vision: Develop a clear, market-aligned product vision and roadmap.
Customer-Centric Development: Engage with users to gather insights, driving product features and improvements.
Manage the Product Lifecycle: Oversee the product from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Track Performance: Set KPIs, monitor product success, and continuously iterate for improvement.
Lead the Team: Mentor and manage Product Managers to foster growth and high performance.
Desired Experience:
Product Management: 12+ years in SaaS B2B product management.
Market Research: Expertise in leveraging research to inform product direction.
Roadmap Management & Prioritization: Strong experience in defining and managing roadmaps and prioritizing features.
Technical & Analytical Skills: Familiarity with software development, data-driven decision-making, and effective communication with engineering teams.
Agile Methodologies: Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
