Expertise in cyber security principles, with a focus on tenant hardening and improving organizational security. Familiarity with Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients. Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, CompTIA Security) are highly desirable. Responsibilities: Provide helpdesk support during office hours (Monday to Friday, standard business hours), troubleshooting and resolving IT issues efficiently via phone, email, or remote access. Conduct on-site visits to client locations for hardware installations, issue resolution, and system upgrades. Project manage client onboarding processes, including setup of new systems, migrations, and upgrades to ensure smooth transitions. Collaborate with the team to implement and maintain cyber security best practices, including tenant hardening and enhancing clients overall security posture. Assist in achieving and maintaining compliance with Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus standards for our clients.
