An exciting opportunity has opened for an Accounts Manager at a very well-established company based in Mid-Kent. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a similar position who is not afraid to get stuck in and roll their sleeves up in a fast-paced environment. Duties Include but are not limited to: 1. General Bookkeeping duties: * Bank Reconciliations in Sage * New Supplier Checks * Credit checks and allocating credit allowance 2. Purchase Ledger Duties: * Monitor cash flow and reduce costs where possible * Contractor and Supplier weekly payment runs and meetings with Directors * Provide remittance advice 3. Accounts Receivable Duties: * Raising sales invoices weekly * Collecting debt and contacting debtors regarding payment 4. Payroll Duties: 5. 4 weekly payment runs for all employees
