The Estate Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional residential living experience by leading a service-driven onsite team and maintaining the highest operational and presentation standards across the development. Working closely with the management team, the Estate Manager will lead the onsite team to deliver a seamless, professional and welcoming environment that reflects the quality and brand standards of the development. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Youll be expected to, amongst other elements of the role: Work with the Management team to create and implement an exceptional 5* Customer Service culture Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve the service delivered Assist with the recruiting, training and supervising of staff. Conduct training and observation sessions for staff to ensure all talent is managed and enhanced Promoting and marketing the development and creating partnerships with local businesses to enhance the lifestyle and service offering to residents and visitors Overseeing and planning maintenance work, events and amenity space management for the development General Team Management duties are required including, the submission of weekly estate reports to your Line Manager, management of the teams performance, engagement and support. Skills and Experiences: Proven management experience within hospitality, residential, or service-led environments. Experience within luxury residential, hospitality, hotel, or customer-centric operations is highly desirable A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with residents, visitors and staff A proactive and solutions-focused approach to resolving issues and improving service delivery. Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to inspire high performance Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Confident IT and administrative skills.
