Holiday Park Manager – Visa Sponsorship Switch Available
Our client is looking for an experienced vacation park manager for their high‑end vacation resort in South Wales.
* Work closely with all departmental managers to ensure that every guest has a flawless experience.
* Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the front‑of‑house staff, including waiting/bar staff and reception workers, to help the owners manage the business.
* Serve as the Park’s ambassador, ensuring visitors feel welcome and that employees deliver prompt, correct customer service while fostering a vibrant work environment.
* Provide hands‑on support for employees during busy periods with operational tasks necessary to meet customer expectations.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and demonstrate outstanding leadership to staff.
* Adhere to all security, inventory control, and loss‑prevention measures.
* Identify, solve problems and offer suggestions to enhance goods and services.
* Remain open to new ideas, actively explore them, and attend staff meetings.
