You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of established clients and assist in developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities include - Acting as deputy Client Relationship Manager on several larger accounts, supporting the Managing Director. Taking the lead CRM role on a portfolio of smaller clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery in line with client needs and agreed terms.
