Site Supervisor needed in Stevenage

Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce
2. Ensure all work is completed to required quality and safety standards
3. Coordinate subcontractors and manage scheduling
4. Conduct site inspections and address any issues promptly
5. Maintain accurate site documentation and reports
6. Support project managers in delivering projects on time and within budget
7. Promote a safe working environment and enforce company policies
Requirements
8. Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
9. Strong understanding of H&S regulations and site procedures
10. Excellent leadership and communication skills
11. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
12. Gold CSCS Card (minimum) needed
13. SSSTS/SMSTS qualification needed
14. First Aid Certificate
