Assisting pupils with their learning and providing support for individual needs. Contributing to the overall running of the classroom and maintaining a safe and positive learning environment. Supporting the implementation of lesson plans and delivering pre-prepared activities. Providing pastoral care and support for pupils as required. Liaising with colleagues and parents to support pupil progress and well-being. Undertaking other tasks as required by the school leadership team. Requirements: ✅Experience working as a teaching assistant in a primary school setting or previous experience working with children in a similar role. ✅Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ✅The ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom environments ✅Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently ✅Right to work in the UK. ✅DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain a new one.
