£40,000 - 45,000 Base

Uncapped Monthly Commission Structure & Career Progression

Location: Remote

With recent investment from Pembroke VCT, Exeros is entering a transformational phase. Evolving from a hardware-led business into a SaaS-first, product-led enterprise built around its flagship platform, VideMatics, an AI-enhanced telematics solution redefining fleet intelligence.


Exeros partners with major organisations including the AA, National Highways, the RAC, TfL and Scottish Power among more than 200 other fleets. The company is now seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to support this next phase of growth and operational transformation.

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our growing sales team. You will be the first point of contact with potential new clients, identifying their needs and generating new business opportunities.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


* Researching prospects, generating and updating prospect lists and the company CRM.
* Nurturing in-bound sales leads and generating your own outbound pipeline through a combination of outbound calls, emails and social outreach.
* Qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, building trust and rapport with prospects.
* Identifying and developing key decision-makers relationships within set target accounts.
* Scheduling meetings with qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
* Working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
* Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company CRM.
* Achieving set KPIs on qualified opportunities created, meetings booked, outbound activity and pipeline development.
* Staying updated on industry trends, company products and competitor offerings.
* Handling customer data responsibly and ensuring GDPR compliance.


WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU


* To excel in this role, you will have previous experience in Technology B2B sales, lead generation or customer service with a strong interest in sales.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Highly driven and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to exceed performance targets.
* Strong sales acumen with the ability to influence and persuade potential clients.
* Experience with online presentations, virtual meetings and sales tools.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* IT proficient and comfortable using a computer for various tasks (proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and CRM systems).
* Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/or excellent networking skills and experience.
* Ideally, 2-3 years’ experience in a sales development, outbound sales or lead generation role.
* A strong network or experience in a relevant industry is a plus.
* Bonus points for experience in fleet video telematics or automotive.
* Ideally, a full UK driving license (clean preferred) and happy to go through a criminal background check.
