Responsibilities: Support monitoring and maintenance of OT systems to ensure uptime and performance. Assist with routine health checks and escalate issues where required. Provide first-line support for OT incidents, working alongside IT, engineering, and production teams. Troubleshoot industrial infrastructure including network equipment, industrial PCs, and factory-connected devices. Support system patching, updates, and documentation in line with operational requirements. Assist with installation, configuration, and replacement of OT hardware and software. Contribute to system upgrades, rollouts, and integration projects. Maintain accurate records including inventories, patch logs, and network documentation. Support cybersecurity best practices, backup processes, and disaster recovery testing. Work with third-party vendors during maintenance and installation activities.
