I am currently recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join this luxury boutique hotel set with a Michelin star restaurant in Somerset. This is a fantastic opportunity for a natural born leader with a passion for Food and Beverage to join a historic country hotel.
About The Position
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the shifts
* Train and develop the staff palate with your knowledge
* Deliver fantastic service to the guests
* Work closely with all departments to ensure best results are met
* Manage margins and promotions
* Report to the Restaurant Manager
Qualifications
* Previous management experience in fine dining
* Extensive wine knowledge
* A high level of customer service
* Ability to work under pressure
* Strong knowledge and a passion for fine dining
* Well organized with great attention to detail
