The Works
This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage both day-to-day IT operations and the EPOS systems that power our venues. You’ll be involved in everything from frontline support to system configuration, menu programming, and new venue launches, working closely with operations, procurement, and leadership teams to ensure seamless tech delivery.
You’ll be responsible for:
* IT Infrastructure & Support
o Providing frontline support across Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments
o Managing user provisioning and device onboarding via Active Directory & EntraID
o Supporting and managing technical systems via RMM tools, escalating issues when needed
o Maintaining IT operations documentation and procedures
o Assisting with Asset List management and compliance tasks
* EPOS Systems Management
o Configuring EPOS systems across venues, including web ordering tools
o Supporting menu programming, upgrades, and new venue launches
o Handling reporting queries and ensuring EPOS and inventory data integrity
o Collaborating with procurement and operations teams to align EPOS data with stock systems
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a frontline IT support role, ideally within hospitality
* Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and Group Policy
* Skilled in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
* Familiarity with RMM solutions and device patching
* Exposure to Hyper-V and Windows Server (2016+)
* Comfortable supporting multi-site environments with occasional travel
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
* Experience managing EPOS/POS systems in hospitality, retail, or events (advantage)
