As On’s Head of Footwear Sourcing Operations, you will lead our footwear sourcing teams across multiple regions, driving innovation and operational excellence to keep On at the industry forefront.

Building strong relationships with manufacturing partners is key, as you will nurture trust and encourage autonomy and capability building. You will also collaborate closely with teams across Innovation, Product Strategy, Sustainability, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Your Mission
1. Lead and empower regional Footwear Sourcing Operations teams, including Heads of Footwear Operations and Quality, ensuring alignment with shared goals.
2. Develop and implement impactful sourcing strategies.
3. Spearhead automation and manufacturing innovations to elevate performance.
4. Build and develop high-performing teams through meaningful projects and responsibilities.
5. Create a culture of collaboration and innovation.
6. Foster trust-based relationships with key partners to ensure mutual success.
7. Drive the transition of new innovations into production.
8. Lead automation initiatives with manufacturing partners.
9. Uphold On’s commitment to sustainability in all activities.
Your Profile
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for excellence and differentiation.
* 15+ years in sourcing or manufacturing of high-performance products, preferably in footwear.
* Deep experience with automation in production.
* Visionary leader skilled in coaching and developing teams.
* Experience in complex reporting organizations and highly collaborative environments.
* Position based in Vietnam, with frequent travel to Zurich, Indonesia, and China; fluent in English.
