Sellick Partnership Ltd is currently recruiting for a Repairs Supervisor to join one of our Tamworth clients on a full-time permanent basis
Daily duties of the Voids Supervisor:
* Be responsible for delivering an efficient and effective service
* Carry out site supervision of the work in progress
* Liaise with all trade operatives, subcontractors, and customers for the effective delivery of works
* Responsible for the planned void works
* Assist in the planning of the overall labour and resources needed to deliver the work streams
* Inspect properties when necessary
Essential requirements of the Voids Supervisor:
* Previously worked within social housing
* Hold a Full UK Driver’s License
