Legal Secretary Assistant

Established law firm are looking for either an experienced legal secretary or someone who has admin and typing skills and would like to train as a legal secretary in the firms Wills and Probate department which is very interesting and varied.

PLESAE NOTE THIS POSITION IS NOT SUITABLE FOR A LAW GRADUATE

Main duties and requirements:

* secretarial support consists of preparing correspondence and documents through audiotyping.
* Attend clients in person and on the telephone,
* Prepare documents from instructions.
* Opening, maintaining and closing files on the case management system.
* Make appointments, arrange meetings

Preferred skills and experience

1. Previous experience as a Legal preferred but will train
2. Good typing skills.
3. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
