Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required, and ensuring high standards of care for the residents. Your responsibilities will include undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterization, and managing chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in resident condition, as well as effectively deploying and supervising the care team to ensure all tasks are completed and residents receive the required care.

* Providing high standards of care by undertaking accurate assessment and planning.
