What You’ll Be Doing:
* Act as the go-to contact for customer questions, requests, and basic troubleshooting via phone, email, or chat
* Accurately log, track, and escalate issues in line with internal workflows and SLAs
* Work closely with cross-functional teams (including technical support and service delivery) to ensure smooth issue resolution
* Maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and efficiency in every interaction
* Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and suggesting process enhancements
What We’re Looking For:
* 1+ years of customer support or service experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
* Experience using ticketing tools and CRMs
* Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and solutions
* Flexible to work shifts and collaborate in a team-first environment
Nice to Have:
* Certifications like ITIL Foundation or Customer Service Excellence
* Experience in cloud infrastructure or enterprise IT support
