This is a brilliant opportunity to lead and nurture a team, with autonomy to arrange Vet meetings and clinical audits, supported by your Practice Manager. Our aim is to deliver exceptional customer care to our local loyal clients. You will have a mix of ops and consult days, you choose.
Location and hours
The practice is situated in the market town of Aylsham, close to the north Norfolk coasts and a short drive from Norwich. This position is up to 40 hours per week (negotiable), with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. Part-time applications will be considered. We have no out-of-hours or on-call commitments and offer 20 minute consultations to provide the best possible care.
Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor the team; arrange Vet meetings and clinical audits with admin support from the Practice Manager.
* Maintain and develop clinical and leadership skills; promote and develop colleagues; contribute to financial stability and growth of the practice.
* Deliver exceptional customer care to local clients and maintain high standards of clinical care.
* Utilise and develop people leadership and business management skills within a supportive training environment.
Qualifications and experience
* Confident, experienced Vet with a passion for mentoring and leadership.
* Drive for ongoing improvement and effective processes to enable practice growth.
* Ability to work with autonomy and collaborate with others; mix of clinical and operational duties.
Salary and benefits
* Salary up to £75,000 FTE per annum, dependent on experience.
