The Role
* Confident and capable of leading, mentoring and developing a growing team of commercial property specialists
* Build and strengthen client relationships, encouraging repeat and referral business
* Represent the firm at networking events, industry forums and business development initiatives
* Oversee complex transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases and re‑mortgages
Skills Required
* Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 7 years PQE seeking the next step in their career
* Proven track record in team leadership and management
* Strong business development skills to grow client relationships and revenue streams
* Excellent technical knowledge of commercial property law and transaction processes
