JOB – Project Coordinator
LOCATION – Southampton
TERM- Permanent
SALARY - £30,000-£40,000, dependent on experience
My client designs and manufactures specialist solutions for Engineering. They are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team in the Southampton area on a permanent basis.
The Project Coordinator will ideally have the following attributes:
* Experience working in a similar role for a distributor / manufacturer
* Experience with quotations, tenders, and proposals would be beneficial
* Technical knowledge in Engineering, or experience working on Engineering projects
* Ideally be experienced working with CRM or ERP packages
* Excellent customer service skills
* Highly organised
* Able to work to specific requirements and deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
The Project Coordinator role will involve:
* Managing accounts with clients
* Preparing tenders, creating proposals and quotations
* Working to project specifications and deadlines
* Documenting activities and analytics to set standards
* Participating in technical training
* Working to budgets and timescales
* Investigating new solutions and areas within which the company can expand
* Being involved in different manufacturing processes
* Ensuring projects are delivered correctly and efficiently
