We are seeking a Creative Strategist to join our Global Brand & Creative Solutions team, supporting our Restaurants + Delivery advertisers in creating world-class creative on Pinterest. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of US Emerging Creative Strategy, this role provides creative and brand strategy support within our US Emerging sector. It offers a unique opportunity for individuals with strong creative strategy backgrounds to break into the Restaurants + Delivery industry and develop into multidisciplinary creative and strategic professionals. You will be a creative and strategic thinker eager to learn new skills and help brands craft compelling advertising experiences for Pinners.
What you'll do:
* Inspire partners by conceptualizing and presenting ideas for their brand presence on Pinterest, collaborating with the partnerships team to execute these ideas.
* Partner with the Restaurants + Delivery sales teams to identify industry challenges and develop creative solutions tailored to specific accounts.
* Work independently with cross-functional teams like Sales, Measurement, Marketing, and Insights to enhance creative effectiveness for advertisers and broader go-to-market programs.
* Review and improve existing campaigns through consultative feedback.
* Collaborate with senior strategists and sales teams to develop innovative campaigns on Pinterest.
* Design and pitch creative strategies that inspire and engage audiences.
* Create and share creative content and resources to empower over 150 internal sales partners.
* Adapt to diverse styles and work depths across a wide range of brands.
What we're looking for:
* 5+ years of digital marketing experience with agencies, platforms, brands, or transferable skills.
* Diverse experiences, educational backgrounds, and perspectives.
* Ability to engage and inspire senior brand and agency representatives.
* Strong communication skills for verbal presentations and written ideas to varied stakeholders.
* Self-driven with the ability to overcome obstacles and complete projects.
* Passion for, and experience in, visually-driven, business-impacting creative work.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with strengths in both ideation and execution.
* Background in art direction or design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent.
In-Office Requirement:
* Flexible work style with in-person collaboration expected 3-4 times per month at our Chicago or New York offices.
