Residential Registered Home Manager

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Home Manager to join their small, well-established care home. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in care home management and a passion for delivering high-quality care in a warm and homely environment.
Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management), with a focus on elderly care
Proven experience in a home management role within a residential home setting for the elderly
Strong leadership and communication skills in the context of elderly care
Ability to work effectively in a homely, dynamic environment with a focus on elderly care
A commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the residential care home for the elderly
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the residential care home
Ensure the delivery of person-centred care to elderly residents
Manage and support a team of care staff, ensuring their ongoing professional development in providing specialised care for the elderly
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the care team with a focus on elderly care and well-being
Monitor and maintain the standards of care, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines for residential care homes for the elderly
