About the Opportunity
HarKaye Core Talent is recruiting for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to support a specialist claimant-focused litigation team in a national firm.
The Role
You’ll manage your own caseload of complex and high-value clinical negligence claims, including matters involving obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology, and psychiatric care.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage a mixed caseload of complex claimant matters
· Maintain an active presence in the market space to develop organic network of cases into the business and from our Partners
· Advise clients clearly and sensitively, representing them in court where required
· Drafting pleadings, schedules of loss, other court documentation and negotiating settlements
Experience & Attributes Required:
· Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (working at Grade A)
· Strong experience handling litigated clinical negligence matters
· Excellent communication, analytical, and client relationship skills
· A proactive approach with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
