Responsibilities:
1. Prepares monthly and annual reconciliations and financial reports for assigned areas to ensure compliance with various statutory requirements, generally accepted accounting principles, and established policies and procedures in a complex accounting system.
2. Creates reports for corporate leadership and executives and internal and external auditors.
3. Calculates and distributes Joint Venture billing.
4. Reconciles international billing.
5. Assists with budget/forecasting process regarding payroll and benefits.
6. Performs reconciliations and detailed audits to ensure accurate processing of compensation.
7. Resolve day-to-day operational problems of varied scope and complexity.
8. Maintains international processes and procedures including preparing payroll entries, gross-ups, reconciling W-2s, W-2cs, tax payments, working with outside consulting firm and international employees.
9. Ensures all costs related to international ventures are appropriately reflected in the general ledger and job cost system.
10. Provides exemplary customer service to Lane's international employees by being the primary point of contact to analyze and explain all components related to international compensation and taxation.
11. Performs other duties as assigned
