As part of our strategic growth plans, we are seeking a Spare Parts Sales Manager to drive expansion across the UK market, contributing to a broader objective of establishing a leading market position in both the UK and U.S.
Role Overview
This position has been created to support our ambition of achieving a leading market position in the United States and the United Kingdom within 3–5 years. Based in the UK, the role focuses on growing spare parts sales, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning Kanadevia Inova as a trusted, high‑value service partner.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive UK spare parts sales and market development strategy, aligned with global objectives, to increase market share, strengthen brand positioning, and drive sustainable revenue growth
* Build, manage, and grow strategic relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and decision‑makers, acting as the voice of the customer to understand operational needs, challenges, and opportunities
* Identify, target, and successfully re‑engage lapsed or inactive customers, implementing tailored commercial and customer retention strategies to rebuild trust and secure long‑term partnerships
* Drive sales performance and pipeline development through proactive market analysis, competitive positioning, and the implementation of effective pricing and commercial models, including volume‑based and value‑driven solutions
* Collaborate closely with internal engineering, service, and commercial teams, as well as external partners, to deliver a fully integrated, customer‑focused solution, enhancing customer value, plant performance, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
Qualifications
* Proven experience in spare parts sales, service sales, or key account management
* Background in Waste‑to‑Energy, power generation, or heavy industrial sectors
* Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue growth and customer engagement
* Experience working within international or matrix organisations
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
