PR Account Administrator Location: Stoke-on-TrentSalary: £25k - £28K depending on experienceContract: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an organised PR Account Administrator to join our growing marketing agency team. This role will support account managers and directors across a range of client accounts in sectors such as construction, engineering, and technology.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the PR account team, including scheduling meetings, managing diaries, and preparing agendas and meeting notesAssist with the collation of media coverage for all clients Monitor media coverage and compile regular client reports and coverage booksMaintain client campaign plans to ensure teams meet deadlines, and deliverablesHelp prepare presentations, proposals, and research for new business opportunitiesEnsure all client and media databases are kept up to dateCarry out general office tasks and meeting preparation as and when required.Skills & ExperienceStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new softwareAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentA team player with a positive, can-do attitudePrevious experience in an administrative, marketing, or communications role (including internships) is desirable but not essentialQualificationsEducated to A-level or equivalentWhat we provide (other than money!):· 5% pension scheme - Our employer-contribution payments sit comfortably above the UK average of 4.5%.· Flexible working - We’re flexible on your start and finish times, and offer remote working for 50% of your week (following probation)· Bonus scheme - We offer two paths to financial rewards, through both personal and agency performance.· 33 days holiday -We don’t sneak bank holidays out of your allowance, so in total you’ll usually get 33 days off a year.· Extra Christmas holidays - We offer bonus holiday allowance for the festive season, which usually adds up to around three days.· Family allowances - We’re happy to give you time to attend children’s school events, or other key family occasions.· Charity work - If you give your time to raise money for the agency’s annual chosen charity, we’ll give you that time right back.· Free lunches - Who doesn’t love some cheeky take-out?
