Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary ranging from £44,500 to £45,500, along with an exceptional benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Supervising and supporting staff with continuous professional development and training.
* Providing specialised nursing knowledge and skills to junior team members.
* Managing patient scheduling and staffing for optimal efficiency.
Key Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience working in Haemodialysis at a senior level.
* Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses.
* Strong knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills.
* Registered with the NMC, with a post‑basic qualification in renal nursing.
