Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Worthing. This position offers an OTE of up to £30000.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
* Taking full ownership of ensuring that we comply with all relevant legislation and safety requirements, including Gas Safety/CO Alarms, EICR, EPC, and HMO regulations.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and make recommendations for process improvements.
* Invoice processing.
* Liaising with clients & contractors.
* Overseeing legislative responsibilities.
* Other duties as required by management.
