Senior Conveyancing Assistant / Conveyancing Paralegal – Bramhall – Up to £30,000
A highly regarded and established law firm in Bramhall is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Conveyancing Assistant / Conveyancing Paralegal to support a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor on a busy caseload.
This is an excellent opportunity for either an ambitious paralegal or a senior conveyancing assistant/secretary.
The Role:
Working one-to-one with a Senior Solicitor, you will assist with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. Key
Responsibilities include:
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors.
Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion.
Drafting legal documents, correspondence and completion statements.
Preparing completion packs and supporting exchange and completion processes.
Submitting searches and reviewing conveyancing documentation.
Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate client records.
Providing high-level support on complex residential property transactions.
Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience within a UK residential conveyancing department.
Experience assisting on freehold and leasehold conveyancing transactions.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with clients and third parties.
A proactive approach and genuine interest in developing a long-term conveyancing career.
