We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team at our location in Leek. This role is vital in ensuring our guests enjoy top-tier beverages and service, reflecting our commitment to excellence and hospitality.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards
* Liaise with the golf club officials and staff to ensure that members and visitors receive the finest experience possible
* Develop innovative promotional strategies.
* Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Monitor inventory levels and order
* Manage and train bar staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. supplies as needed.
* Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
* Uphold the company's reputation for quality and hospitality.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in bar management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, including cocktails, spirits, and wine.
* Excellent team management and supervisory skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Food safety certification is preferred.
* Previous experience in bar, restaurant or hotel settings is advantageous
