Job Description
* Manage and lead the security team, ensuring clear direction, feedback, and development.
* Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with aviation security regulations.
* Plan and monitor labour hours, ensuring coverage within budget.
* Handle administrative tasks
* Liaise with managers and stakeholders to maintain compliance and resolve issues.
* Prepare for audits and inspections, ensuring SOPs and compliance standards are met.
* Provide accurate reports on productivity, compliance, and KPIs.
* Drive continuous improvement and problem resolution.
* Build strong relationships across departments and act as a role model.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership skills with a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
* Ability to motivate and mentor staff, fostering a cohesive team
* Ability to promote safety and security culture.
* Attention to detail with a data‑driven approach.
* Flexible thinker, able to adapt to change and tight schedules.
* Proficiency in Excel and strong reporting skills.
* Financial awareness to support budgeting and reporting.
Previous experience in aviation security and compliance is desirable
