The Role
As a Behaviour & Inclusion Mentor, you will:
* Provide targeted 1:1 support for students with behavioural or SEMH needs
* De-escalate situations calmly and professionally
* Support students during transitions, lessons and social times
* Deliver structured mentoring and behaviour interventions
* Monitor progress and report back to pastoral leads
* Build consistent, professional relationships that encourage accountability
You will work closely with Heads of Year, SENCO and safeguarding staff to ensure students remain in education and make progress.
