Purpose
As Growth Optimisation Manager at Spabreaks.com, you'll lead our conversion optimisation and organic growth initiatives while working closely with our development team, UX design team, SEO consultant, and other external partners. You'll be responsible for driving qualified traffic through SEO while maximising conversion rates across our website, ensuring our multi-million pound marketing investment delivers exceptional ROI through both optimised user experiences and organic growth.
This role is ideal for an ambitious, data-driven digital marketer who thrives in our fast-growing business environment and is passionate about making a significant impact on our customer acquisition through innovative SEO strategies and conversion rate optimisation across our high-traffic website.
Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate our conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing across Spabreaks.com's website
* Collaborate closely with our development team, UX design team and external partners to implement the vision for CRO
* Analyse website performance data, using tools such as GA4, Search Console, FullStory and Tableau to identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimisation
* Present data-driven insights and testing recommendations to the Head of Growth and key stakeholders to inform optimisation decisions
* Report and analyse the results of A/B tests, proposing the next iteration of improvements to test
* Manage relationship with external SEO consultant and coordinate implementation of SEO recommendations and strategic initiatives across our marketing and development teams
* Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic across all key landing pages and booking funnels
* Work closely with the marketing team to develop SEO-optimised content that drives both traffic and conversions across the customer journey
* Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and CRO best practices to implement cutting-edge strategies
* Coordinate with all stakeholders to align conversion optimisation and organic growth initiatives with overall business objectives
Skills & Experience
* 3+ years of experience in SEO and CRO with proven results in driving organic traffic growth and conversion improvements
* Proficient in SEO tools including Search Console, SEMrush and technical SEO analysis
* Experience with AB testing tools, demonstrating proficiency in testing methodologies and statistical analysis
* Strong understanding of how SEO and CRO work together across the marketing funnel, with the ability to develop integrated strategies for maximum impact
* Proficient in utilising GA4, heatmap tools, and user behaviour analytics to extract actionable insights from website data
* Demonstrated ability to deliver projects according to a roadmap, effectively managing timelines, resources, and dependencies to ensure successful project completion
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments within the organisation
* Proactive approach to reviewing data to identify risks and opportunities, demonstrating a keen analytical mindset
* Dynamic and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Capable of supporting the department head in the implementation of strategies aimed at driving growth towards the business KPIs
