This Residential Surveyor position is for a well-established, multi-disciplinary property practice working across both residential and commercial sectors. Known for providing their Surveyors with the time, trust and support needed to deliver a high standard of service. Supported by experienced teams, workloads are managed sensibly, and there is a clear commitment to staff wellbeing, long-term retention and career development.
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:
* Level 2 Surveys
* Level 3 Surveys (training provided if necessary)
* Red Book Valuations
* Bespoke Building Surveys
* Private and Panel work
* Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments
* Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out on time.
To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:
* Minimum AssocRICS or higher
* Proven track record in Surveying
* Registered Valuer Status
* UK Driving License
* Strong attention to detail
