What Youll Be Doing As a Community Care Assistant, your role is vital to improving the quality of life of those you support. Youll provide personal care, assist with nutritional needs, administer medication, and offer companionship – ensuring clients feel valued and cared for in their own homes. All care is delivered in accordance with each clients individual care plan, tailored to their needs. Strong communication skills and a good standard of English are required. Youll need an enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
