POSITION PURPOSE As a Driving Range Assistant at Trump Turnberry, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional practice and learning environment for our members and guests. Working under the direction of the Golf Academy Manager, you will support the daily operation of the Golf Academy facilities and café, ensuring all areas are presented to the highest standards and that guests receive warm, professional and personalised service at all times. This role combines guest service, facility presentation, golf operations and light food & beverage support within a world-class Golf Academy environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Guest Experience & Service Deliver a warm, professional and personalised service to all members and resort guests. Guide guests on the use of academy facilities, including Trackman Driving Range, simulators, short game areas and putting greens. Support golf professionals and fitters during lessons, coaching sessions and club fittings. Promote academy services, practice options, lessons and experiences in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Uphold 5-star luxury service standards at all times. Facility Presentation & Operations Maintain immaculate presentation of the driving range, short game areas, putting greens and simulators. Set up and close down all practice and academy areas in line with daily operational standards. Collect, wash and manage range balls using golf ball picking equipment. Technology & Equipment Support Assist with the operation and basic troubleshooting of Trackman simulators and Trackman Range systems. Prepare and maintain fitting bays and equipment for club fitting sessions. Café & Light Food & Beverage Support Prepare and serve light food items, including toasties and bacon rolls, using the Merrychef oven. Manage stock levels of confectionery, snacks, and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the café area at all times. Retail & Academy Support Provide basic support within the academy golf shop when required, including merchandising and guest assistance. Assist with academy events, junior programmes, group coaching and resort golf activities. Education Grooming: All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
