Level 3 Nursery Nurse
Location: Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire
Hourly Rate: Up to £15 per hour
We are seeking passionate Nursery Practitioners to join our team and work across various nurseries in the Chipping Norton area. This role offers flexibility, with options for lunch cover or full-day shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and support to children in a nursery setting
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities to promote children's development
* Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, naps, and toileting
* Collaborate with nursery staff to ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
* Maintain detailed records of children’s progress and activities
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
What We’re Looking For:
* A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher)
* Proven experience as a Nursery Practitioner with good understanding of childcare practices
* Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Flexibility to work across different nursery settings
* First Aid certification (desirable)
