The role
Ferrovial Construction seeks Graduate Quality Engineers to assist with, and sometimes be responsible for, daily activities on various major UK infrastructure projects. Our 3-year graduate development program aims to develop personal, professional, and technical skills through a blended approach. You will work under the supervision of Quality Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to health and safety compliance and uphold quality standards on our projects.
Key Accountabilities:
* Assist in writing and reviewing quality documentation, including Quality Management Plans and Inspection and Test Plans.
* Support the development of briefing and communication strategies to ensure understanding and implementation of quality plans by all employees and subcontractors.
* Monitor compliance of construction works on site and relevant documentation according to Works Information, Ferrovial standards, and technical standards.
* Assist in preparing reports for the senior Quality team.
* Support investigations and audits with the Project Quality Manager.
* Advise on quality requirements and best practices, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
* Promote customer requirements across the business.
* Adopt and promote Ferrovial Construction UK’s vision and values.
* Take ownership of assigned work.
* Ensure adherence to safety regulations on-site.
* Support environmental and sustainability policies and procedures.
Skills and Competence

* Degree or Master’s in any discipline.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
